The inserts work
The inserts work great. Walking 18-holes is a breeze. My knees also feel better from the extra foot cushioning provided. I use the same pair in multiple shoes. They tend to slide away from the heel when putting on the shoes. Using a sticky tape won't work (for long) since I remove them to use in my golf shoes. Maybe add a better non-slip material?

Great inserts. When I first started using them I was working 12 hour shifts standing the majority of the time on cement floors. My feet were killing me.After going to a foot doctor and get injections a few time to get it under control the Doctor recommended a good pair if running shoes and the Powerstep Slim Tech Inserts.
