Great purchase. Product has worked very well and has helped me post knee surgery.

Very difficult for 1 person who has had surgery to handle on their own. Great for first few hours but does not last long enough. Not sure why they don't make one much larger, put on wheels like a cooler so it can really last 8+ hours OR use material like in YETI. Feels great for the hours that it works. I've even tried frozen water bottles. Too small. Doesn't stay cold long enough. Too cumbersome for a single person recovering.

Machine was as described and was new works good, I use it keep my back cold to take the swelling out of my back pump is in the lid By the pump being in the lid less ice can be used in the machine. Not allowing enough cold to last all night

If I would've know about this prior to surgery, I would of had it waiting for me at home upon being released from the hospital. After having a partial knee replacement, getting up and down constantly for ice packs was a chore until the Cold Rush arrived. Fill with water and ice and it will stay cold for hours. Well worth the money. Easy to operate, clear instructions, not extremely heavy once filled, several different attachments depending on area needing iced, circulating water remains cold for 4-6 hours. Wish my physician and/or hospital would of suggested this prior to surgery as it's been a lifesaver for me.
