The reward popup is really annoying, because it pops up on every page refresh and it gets in the way of your site content. It needs a way to make it stay closed once it's dismissed. I also really really wish your filters were better - I would like to search based on color and heel height or shoe style. It can be difficult to find what I want.

When you’re logged into your account, the rewards summary pop up opens automatically every time a new page loads. The search feature is very unwieldy. I’m shopping on Safari on an iPhone 12 mini. The emails with order updates like the tracking number aren’t very polished looking (minor).

I didn’t want the $6.98 fee for returns!!
