10 Seconds Ultra Arch Support Insoles

For workdays that call for structured support, these insoles combine a carbon-fiber support tray with cushioning at foot-strike areas. A built-in metatarsal pad and extra-deep heel cup add distinct forefoot and heel features, making this a more structured option within the 10 Seconds collection.

Structured support with targeted cushioning

• Carbon-fiber external heel and arch support provides a firm supporting structure.
• PORON foot-strike pads add underfoot cushioning.
• An extra-deep heel cup cradles the heel.
• A built-in metatarsal pad provides forefoot support.
• An anti-blister top cover is designed to help keep feet cooler and drier.
• BIOSTATIC antimicrobial treatment helps control odors.

The manufacturer designed this style for job sites and occupations that involve being on your feet while carrying loads. Examples include construction, manufacturing, airport baggage handling, electrical service, and distribution work.

Fit guidance: Check the listed size and available space in your work footwear. Pay attention to the position of the metatarsal pad and the feel of the deeper heel cup when assessing fit.

Fit notes from external reviews

Sampled reviewers describe comfortable arch support, but the arch shape does not suit every foot: reviewers reported arches that felt too high or uncomfortable. One reviewer felt the support sat under the center of the arch rather than the inner edge they wanted. Shoe room also matters: one reviewer found these too thick for their shoes, despite others finding them comfortable.
