10 Seconds 3030 Pressure Relief Insoles with Metatarsal Pads

This cushioning style combines a Plastazote top cover that conforms to the foot with PORON foot-strike pads at the heel and forefoot. Its built-in metatarsal support pad distinguishes the 3030 from the 3020 Neutral model, which does not include a metatarsal pad.

Contouring cushioning with forefoot support

• Plastazote top cover is designed to mold to the shape of your foot.
• PORON foot-strike pads cushion the heel and forefoot.
• Built-in metatarsal support pad adds a forefoot support feature.
• Extra-deep heel cup cradles the heel.
• Airflow channels are designed to move warm air out and draw cooler air in.
• Fits most athletic, casual, dress, and hiking shoes with removable footbeds.

Fit guidance: Check your shoe size against the listed size labels and confirm that your footwear has removable footbeds. Assess the room inside the shoe and the position of the metatarsal pad under your foot. Choose this model when you specifically want a pad-equipped design; select the 3020 Neutral when you prefer no metatarsal pad.

Fit notes from external reviews

Sampled reviewers described comfortable underfoot feel, and one highlighted the metatarsal pad. Others wanted more cushioning, including more padding at the heel. One reviewer found the arch support awkwardly positioned, while another reported discomfort around the outer foot and toes. Pad placement and cushioning preferences vary, so check how this shape feels in your own footwear.
