Customer Review Summary

Customers praise the sandals for strong support, comfortable underfoot feel with a good balance of softness and firmness, and an attractive appearance. The most common concern is the Velcro strap, which several users find unreliable and wish Xelero would replace with buckles. Overall satisfaction is high despite the strap issue.
