Customer Review Summary

Overall ratings are low, with customers reporting inconsistent satisfaction. Several reviewers wished the shoe were available in a narrow fit for a better, more secure fit. A recurring and serious concern is the fur lining shedding and transferring to the feet when removing the shoe, causing discomfort. These issues overshadow the product's appeal for many buyers.
