This is a good quality shoe with great arch and heel support. But they do run pretty small. Also the elastic back at the heel does cause a but or rubbing. I recommend going 1/2 size up. Great heel and arch support Runs small

At first I thought I would have

At first I thought I would have to return these and was hesitant to wear them. But because of the return policy I did wear them to work. I wasn't in my feet all day as I usually am but still a fair amount of the day and my feet felt great. No knee pain or ankle pain or foot pain. I was pleasantly surprised. And they looked nice with dress slacks. All day comfort, didn't slip off my heal as most flats do. Almost returned because when I first tried them on the arch felt awkward and uncomfortable.
