Super shoes! This is my third pair of Apex shoes and I doubt I'll ever find a more comfortable shoe. Of all the supposed therapeutic shoes I've tried, these are by far the best construction and fit. Sizes run true for length and width. Supplied liner and support are so comfortable I may not switch my custom orthotics to these shoes. Laces are too long - have to "bunny-ear" them to keep from stepping on them. Will be a quick switch next time I'm near a shoe store.
