In 1980 Strive's parent company LBG Medical became the first custom made foot orthotic laboratory in Europe. This revolutionary new concept soon captured the attention of healthcare practitioners all over the UK and Europe and Strive began to work with with foot care specialists on a daily basis to manufacture state of the art custom made insoles.

More than 35 years and millions of custom made insoles later, STRIVE Footwear's roots are still the world's leading foot heath care supplier to the medical market. With over 55 members of staff each working daily to hand craft specialist insoles for people from all walks of life – From elite athletes through to acute diabetics.

STRIVE's mission over the past 35 years has always been to "enable as many people as possible to enjoy superior foot care to improve their quality of life". This passion has led to the development of Strive Footwear – an exciting and attractive brand of footwear, which incorporates all of their knowledge and experience gained over the past 35 years.
