    Sole Flip-flops are my second pair. I bought my first pair 4-5 years ago. They have been will loved. My new pair of SOLE flip-flops have design mainly the traction treads. Built-in metatarsal and arch support make these easy to wear all day. My only regret is the size, it is noticeably shorter. I bought a 37/6.5 and should have bought a 38/7 instead.

    Not enough room between sole & strap

    At first I thought these would be ideal for walking around in without hurting my knees or hips but didn't really wear them long due to the weather until I had to run a few errands & do a bit of shopping. Not as much as I could have done but within the first hour the straps had dug into the top of my foot making it very uncomfortable also it rubbed between my toes. I have size 7 normal to thin thickness of foot so I was surprised the straps dug in. By the time I got home I had a blister there. Otherwise the show is well made & if this doesn't pose a problem for you they will be good for walking
