Very comfortable except for left slipper. It is rubbing a bit on the top of my foot but not enough to discount how great they feel.

Runs Both Short and Narrow-Difficult Returns Policy

I received these today in my usual size but my toe hits the end of the shoe and it feels tight in the width even with very thin socks. There is very little information sent in the box or online about returns. They did not send a receipt or return label in the box only a small note to call in or go to the website for return help. I couldn't find anything on the website about returns so I called in and was told I would have to print a label and mail it back but I don't have a working printer. I asked for a QR Code to be emailed to me so I could take it to the post office today and get it out since they only do exchanges when they RECEIVE the item. I was told they don't do QR Codes and they would mail a label tomorrow since their mail has already been sent out today. It's 3:30pm CST here. It takes so long to do this process for a return or exchange that I probably won't be purchasing anything else from this company. It's an unnecessary hassle and delay and the sizes aren't accurate or reliable. I love Vionic but I can purchase them elsewhere that doesn't have such a difficult and delayed return process.

Bought these a yr

Bought these a yr ago...love them. The arch support is a good one and still as good today. Very comfortable, and adjustable. I recommend highly. Feet do not hurt...at all! I honestly can't think of one.

I had to return the

I had to return the slippers. I have psoriatic arthritis and the front of the slippers were uncomfortable on my toes. I will order the open toe slippers. I have a pair of those - they are comfortable.
