I suffer from acute plantar fasciitis and my podiatrist had recommended Spenco Pure to be worn at home. I ordered it and found it to be quite comfortable and helps to alleviate my constant pain in my heel. I would recommend this for anyone suffering from Plantar Fasciitis. I was so satisfied with the sandal that I have ordered another sandal for my outdoor use. The contour of the sandal follows ones actual feet shape. The heel cup depth is significant and the cushioning assists to keep the constant pain comforted. I have been using the pair only for 5 days to comment on the long term advantages. None as such.
