Ideal for Morton's neuroma and metatarsalgia, the Pinnacle Plus provides the perfect blend of foot control, flexibility and cushioning. The encapsulated design with a firm but flexible support shell, built-in arch support and heel cradle offers stability and motion control. Plush cushioning with VCT technology increases stability and comfort in casual, athletic and work shoes. Seems to help with my initial reason for going to the foot doctor, was having problems with the 2nd toe underside 'knuckle'. Only gave 4 stars as I don't feel there is enough padding on the metatarsal insert. Not sure if they make a more padded insert for this area or not?

These have been amazing for me since

These have been amazing for me since 2011 when I had plantar fasciitis. I wear them in New Balance 928 tennis shoes. Both were prescribed my a podiatrist. THe last two pair I ordered are worthless. Not sure what to do now. I'm not interested in more PowerStep Maxx if they don't provide support anymore. The labels in the inside were blacked out with a marking pen. Order #PS77987
