I love these. They are a little more flexible than my 100% inflexible custom pads (which it was time to replace). These will last me about 2 years since I only wear them to work about 2-3 days a week. They're comfortable, and the arch is high enough for me. I'd say these are about 20% flexible if that helps to know. But theyre supportive and comfortable. Highly rec'd alt to expensive custom molded pads.

I have had a bunch of these. The first pair I got at my podiatrists office. They work so well for me. Even in shoes that say they are good for plantar fasciitis I still need to remove the insole and add these. They have been a life saver for me...or foot saver! Great arch support and works very well for plantar fasciitis. They have always fit well in my athletic shoes and in boots. I have never tried them in dress shoes. None that I can find.
