These insoles have helped my foot and calf pain so much! I have them in 3 pairs of my shoes. Whenever I wear a pair of shoes that doesn't have these insoles in them, my feet hurt after about an hour of wearing them. I have hand washed them before and there weren't any problems.

I use the inserts for walking shoes, reffing lacrosse, and periodic running So stable and ideal for people with high arches Would like to see it in different colors. I often have two pair of the same shoes at the same time for dress shoes. with different colors, be easy to color code the shoes.

I have used these insoles previously and

I have used these insoles previously and enjoyed the comfort they provide both in the shoes and in walking. I'll not buy any other insoles than these. I had gotten away from using the insoles and recently had my hip giving me discomfort. The minute I received these insoles they went in to my walking shoes and a short time later my hip stopped aching. Thank-you so much. My only thought is that I needed to do some size research to know what was the correct fit for my shoe. And, that wasn't a big deal.
