These shoes are the perfect size and width. My husband wears a size 17 4E and the shoes fit perfectly. Plus they are beautiful. The extra width helps his feet fit into the shoes since he has shrapnel in his legs snd feet from the war. None so far

Bottom

Bottom line, the shoes were just not comfortable. So, I returned them and ordered the 9708 after reading the description that they were a very light weight shoe so I hoped they would be more comfortable. Well, I received the 9708's and the jury is still out. I am going to try them around the house for a few more days before deciding. The toe box on both the 9702 and the 9708 is not as deep as I need. And the 9702 had too much arch support.
