The shoe was well made and seemed
The shoe was well made and seemed to be a good shoe. The problem I had was that the other shoe I had previously ordered and returned was (size 10) too big so this time I ordered a size 9 (though it was a different shoe). This one did not fit and I need a size 10. The color also was not as it appears (to me) in the online catalogue. I have returned the second shoe as well and look forward to the replacement. (black, size 10) This style is much better than the first because it is truly adjustable whereas the other appeared to be but was not. Not having a brick & mortar store to actually go and SEE the shoes and TRY THEM ON is a GREAT disadvantage!!
