Great shoe,but sides are'nt stitched, thus come detached. I was extremely lucky to get onto Roger Shoe Repairs, in Redfern Sydney. Roger got a machine that stitches from the outside, but stitching only shows on the inside. Roger bought this machine from Lebanon 50 years ago. Great solution, coz now sides are reglued and stitched with a thin piece of leather on the inside. Permanent solution, cost $10.00 per shoe. Roger's Da Man Best edema shoes around Annoynance of sides detaching and weight

Great shoe, perfect for my feet. As a Taxi-driver I suffer from severe edema, driving for 12 hours a day. These are the only shoes I can actually keep on all day. Only problem is weight of almost half-a-kilo, per shoe, but flexibility and breathability of shoes , counters weight. Definitely buy another again. Great contemporary styling.
