The Betterstep Heel Relief (HR) is a heat moldable pre-made orthotic. This is one of the best over-the-counter orthotics made and is great for all activities. The combination of a semi-rigid shell with built-in extrinsic rear foot post (to control pronation) and a comfort-gel, shock dispersing heel plug gives you ultimate foot control and shock absorption. With the additional 1/8" EVA Shock Absorbing foam on the Sulcus & Full-Length versions, your feet will feel good all day.
